What will you be doing as a Sales & Finance Administrator?

  • Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
  • Working with Sage and Excel to support the finance function
  • Scanning and filing PODs
  • Updating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and website
  • Supporting social media activity and advertisements for new products
  • Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required
