Responsibilities
- Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
- Working with Sage and Excel to support the finance function
- Scanning and filing PODs
- Updating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and website
- Supporting social media activity and advertisements for new products
- Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator or similar administrative role
- Experience using Sage and Excel confidently
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- A willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the business
- Confident using systems, websites, and social media platforms
- A positive, down-to-earth attitude and strong team ethic
