Our client is a growing operations and facilities business that works closely with schools to manage the hire of their spaces outside of school hours. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the venue lettings, coordinating on-site teams, and acting as a key contact for schools and hirers.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Coordinator?

  • Coordinating rotas and shifts for On‑Site Hosts across multiple venues
  • Acting as the main point of contact for schools regarding operational issues and queries
  • Supporting the smooth running of venue lettings and bookings
  • Managing communication between schools, hirers, and on‑site hosts
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures and company processes are followed at all times
  • Handling customer service enquiries professionally and efficiently
