Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced admin role? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy and supportive team within Employment Services. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a planned start date of Monday 24th August. Working core hours between 8am-6pm (typically 8-4 or 9-5 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch), this is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrators who thrive on accuracy, efficiency, and managing high-volume workloads. A commitment to the role for 12 weeks will be required.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of data quality
- Supporting key administrative processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Processing high volumes of data efficiently
- Preparing documentation such as contracts, letters, and employee records
- Updating and maintaining multiple internal systems
- Supporting processes including starters, leavers, changes, and absences
- Handling confidential information in line with data protection procedures

- Strong administrative experience with the ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Experience working with data and managing high-volume workloads
- Confident using multiple systems and Microsoft Office packages
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Previous HR or employee lifecycle administration experience is beneficial but not essential
