Overview

Are you an experienced Administrator with experience of working with reports and data? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to peoples lives? This is a temporary role for around 6-8 weeks, paying the equivalent of Β£22,222 for 35 hours a week (Β£12.21 per hour) with benefits including free parking, pension scheme, and holiday pay.

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?

Working within the L+D team, you will be carrying out a varied administration role with a focus on inputting and reporting of data. Duties will include:

  • Updating training databases to help produce and update training records
  • Inputting data to allow the reporting of trends
  • Updating starters and leavers to ensure a quality training system is maintained
  • Highlighting any outstanding training issues to the manager including missing or incomplete training
  • Assisting with the booking and preparation of training rooms and materials and booking staff onto session
  • Managing bookings for allocated workshops and L&D calendar
  • Updating trainers information to assist the planning and allocation of training
  • Producing course reports to support local and regional scheduling
  • Producing statutory training contract and inspection reports against agreed requirements
  • Occasionally attending meetings and taking notes
  • Providing general admin support to the L+D team including data inputting, filing and arranging travel

Required skills and experience

  • Strong administration experience
  • A background in HR, L&D or some other form of administrator role involving the handling of data or statistics and creating reports such as IT
  • Strong skills working in Excel
  • Comfortable using Word and Email
  • Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
