What will you be doing as an HR Advisor?
- Supporting the HR Director
- Providing generalist HR guidance to managers
- Assisting with absence management and probationary issues
- Assisting across the HR team as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Officer role
- Ideally CIPD level 5 or above qualification
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Passionate about people
- Able to commit to a temp role
- Although the role is full time, there is potential for 3 days for the right person
