Company: Our client is a leading UK Property Specialist established almost 40 years ago with stunning offices across the UK.

Overview: Jobwise works in partnership to provide temporary reception cover across the portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception support and ensure seamless, quality customer service for all guests and employees.
  • Be the first point of call for guests & visitors – greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage conference room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready for use; arrange refreshment and catering requests.
  • Perform additional ad hoc reception duties as they arise.

Experience & Skills:

  • Background in hospitality, front‑of‑house, or within a customer‑oriented business.
  • Previous reception or hosting experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and well‑organised.

Benefits:

  • Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Pay rate: £13.45 per hour.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Paid holidays up to 28 days per year.
