Are you studying Human Resources and looking to gain valuable hands-on experience within a busy HR and Payroll team? This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join a busy HR and Payroll team on a 4-week temporary assignment, supporting an important HR systems project. As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately transferring sensitive employee information from an existing system into Workday, ensuring all data is handled with complete confidentiality and attention to detail. This Data Administrator role is ideal for a university student studying Human Resources, Business Management or a related degree, or an administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to gain valuable experience working alongside an HR and Payroll team. You'll gain exposure to HR systems, employee records and payroll processes while contributing to an important business project.

What will you be doing as a Data Administrator?

  • Accurately transferring HR and payroll data from an existing system into Workday
  • Handling confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion
  • Checking and validating employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies during the migration process
  • Maintaining accurate records throughout the project
  • Following established processes to ensure data integrity
  • Supporting the HR and Payroll team with the successful completion of a key systems project
  • Working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a Data Administrator, Data Entry Administrator, HR Administrator, Payroll Administrator, Office Administrator, Administration Assistant or Data Entry Clerk
  • Currently studying Human Resources, Business Management or a related degree would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Methodical, organised and able to work independently
  • Previous experience working with HR, payroll or employee data would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Experience using Workday would be advantageous but is not essential
