What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Secretary? As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Duties will include:

  • Providing full secretarial support within conveyancing matters, including preparing contracts, drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling Land Registry processes.
  • Producing letters and documentation for family law matters as required.
  • Managing incoming calls, handling enquiries, and supporting general administrative tasks.
