We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist who loves a role with lots of substance and variety to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis at a residential care home for the local authority in Bolton.

What will you be doing as an Administrator/Receptionist?

  • Using your amazing organisational skills to keep up to date logs of admissions by setting up files and records
  • Managing a busy reception desk meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering a busy phone line, taking messages, and assisting with enquiries
  • Using your exceptional administration skills to keep accurate logs of occupancy reports, discharge lists and keeping health administrators and social workers referral paperwork in order
  • Working closely with other departments to keep them up to date on occupancy
  • Keeping the notice board in your area accurate with relevant and key information

What skills and experience will you need as an Administrator/Receptionist?

  • Would enjoy the opportunity to work part time hours over 3 days a week and have the flexibility to work across different days on a rota
  • You are great with people and have a fantastic ability to engage with a variety of individuals
  • Have worked in fast paced and reactive roles where you must use your fantastic ability to keep many plates spinning
  • Are you experienced in Administration, Reception, PA or Secretarial roles.
