What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor
You will provide outstanding customer support across a range of communication channels, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient service.
Your responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Assisting customers through Live Chat
- Providing support via WhatsApp
- Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
- Engaging with customers across social media platforms
What we require
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including customer service software, Sage, email, Trustpilot and social media channels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills
- Confidence representing the business by attending face-to-face meetings with customers when required
