Responsibilities

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Introducing digital marketing solutions and generating interest from prospective clients.
  • Identifying business needs and uncovering opportunities for growth.
  • Building rapport quickly and gathering key information to qualify leads.
  • Working closely with the sales team to create quality opportunities.
  • Handling objections confidently and maintaining momentum throughout the day.
  • Developing your sales and commercial skills in a fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in Telesales, Lead Generation, Sales Development, SDR, Outbound Sales, Business Development, Appointment Setting, Appointment Making, Lead Acquisition, or similar sales roles.
  • Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by earning commission and achieving results.
  • Resilient, positive, and able to bounce back quickly from objections and setbacks.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building rapport over the phone.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment.
  • Ambitious and looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities.
  • B2B sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Compensation & Benefits
