Are you fluent in Dutch to business level (and fluent in English) and looking to grow your career in IT or digital technology? This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing digital media business supporting well-known retail and commercial brands across the UK and Europe. They are now looking for a Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly and expanding support team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and an interest in building their career in help desk or technical support.
What will you be doing as a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Advisor?
- Acting as the first point of contact for client support calls, offering clear and friendly 1st line assistance
- Troubleshooting AV/IT hardware and software issues and investigating root causes
- Managing support cases within the internal ticket management system
- Providing remote technical support across Windows, Linux, Android and digital display hardware (full training provided)
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and field engineers to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high level of customer service

- Fluent Dutch language skills (business level - essential)
- Strong written and spoken English
- An interest or foundation-level knowledge of PC hardware, software and digital technology
- A logical, methodical and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- A desire to build or further a career in IT, technical support or digital media environments
- Previous helpdesk or technical support experience is useful but not essential
