We're recruiting for a fast-growing and ambitious business looking to expand their friendly team with a compassionate Customer Support Specialist. This is much more than a typical customer service role - you'll be supporting customers who have already enquired about claiming a government benefit, helping them take the first step towards accessing the financial support they may be entitled to. A genuinely rewarding role where you'll finish each day knowing you've helped someone access support that could make a real difference to their life.
What will you be doing as a Customer Support Specialist?
- Speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day, handling inbound enquiries and following up warm leads (no cold calling)
- Building trust and rapport with older customers, making them feel comfortable, supported and understood
- Clearly explaining the service and answering questions with patience and empathy
- Handling objections confidently and guiding customers through the next steps
- Managing your own pipeline of enquiries using the CRM system
- Booking suitable customers into appointments with the Claims Processing team

What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Support Specialist?
- £26,000 - £30,000 salary
- Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
