As a Customer Support Advisor you'll be the person that keeps everything moving - solving problems, guiding colleagues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a role where your impact is felt daily. Based in Knutsford, you'll support teams across the UK, bringing clarity, structure and reassurance whenever it's needed most.

Your responsibilities as Customer Support Advisor:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches

- Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
