Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a confident approach to administration? We are working with a growing and fast-paced business at the forefront of a new project who are looking for an Administrator to support their scheduling team, starting on Wednesday 6th May. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, is confident using systems and spreadsheets, and can provide reliable, accurate administrative support.
Based near Poynton / Hazel Grove / Wilmslow / Macclesfield - due to limited public transport links, access to your own transport would be beneficial.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Providing administrative support to the scheduling team
- Assisting with booking information and updating job details on the system
- Checking and processing paperwork
- Completing certification and compliance checks
- Contacting engineers to confirm they have the correct accreditation and documentation required for site work
- Entering engineer details onto internal systems
- Tracking progress using spreadsheets
- Updating online portals with accurate information
- Accurately recording data within systems and Microsoft Excel
