Our client is a leading UK Developer with stunning offices across the UK. Jobwise works in partnership to provide temporary reception cover across a portfolio of properties.

What you will be doing as a Front of House, reception role?

  1. This role involves multiple assignments varying in length to cover annual leave, training, and sickness.
  2. Providing Reception support and ensuring seamless, quality customer service for all guests and employees.
  3. Being the first point of contact for all guests & visitors—greeting them on arrival and handling their inquiries.
  4. Answering and directing phone calls.
  5. Managing conference room bookings, setting up rooms, and arranging refreshments and catering requests.
  6. Performing additional ad hoc reception duties as they arise.

What experience do you require for the Front of House / reception role?

  • A background in hospitality, Front of House, or within a customer-oriented business.
  • Previous experience in reception or hosting is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and being well-organized.
