What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator? Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Processing sales orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date CRM/customer records. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for the sales team. Monitoring multiple inboxes, allocating tasks, and following up on outstanding orders and payments. Generating weekly and monthly sales reports. Supporting account managers as their internal buddy and helping to maximise sales opportunities. Managing stock levels, deliveries, and days in hand. Identifying opportunities to upsell and build long-term customer relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. A positive, collaborative personality who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. What will you get in return for your work as a Sales Administrator? £27,000 – £29,000 DOE – Achievable OTE with a discretionary annual bonus. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (including a Christmas shutdown 5 days to be saved). 8-5 (1 hour lunch, or 30 minutes and finish at 4:30) Salary sacrifice plan and loyalty programme.
