The Role
This is a role where no two days are the same (in a good way). Its busy and varied and highly rewarding, helping people find their dream jobs and companies find their perfect candidate. You will be working closely with an established team of consultants and carrying out a varied support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers.
What Youll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and recruiting businesses
- Interviewing candidates to assess their requirements and job suitability
- Working with a recruitment consultant to support a variety of customers to help them find the right candidate
- Writing job adverts and dealing with ad response
- Carrying out searches on job boards and databases to find the right candidates for the roles
- Managing and updating a database of candidates, matching them to a variety of positions to find their perfect job
- Carrying out varied administration duties including updating CVs and carrying out reference checks
- Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team
- Confidently dealing with all customers
- Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPIs and targets
- Providing general support across the branch
