What will you be doing as a Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Coordinator?
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on contact centre/customer service roles
- Posting job adverts, screening applications, and arranging interviews
- Supporting hiring managers and liaising with external recruitment partners
- Coordinating onboarding schedules and ensuring all new starter logistics are in place
- Delivering warm, structured induction experiences for new team members
- Organising internal training sessions and maintaining up-to-date training records
- Supporting line managers with tracking development needs and compliance training
