This role offers the potential for a long-term position and an immediate start as a Temporary Administrator. The role will be initially onsite for the first 2 weeks and then hybrid 2 days a week onsite but if you prefer the offices are open all week for you to work onsite. What the role of Temporary Administrator will involve? Work closely with a dedicated group procurement admin lead, ensuring smooth operations within the internal service desk Engage in a range of tasks, from processing purchase orders to managing invoices and updating internal systems. Provide administrative support to the group procurement admin lead. Handle requests from internal colleagues for indirect services or goods, including travel bookings, hospitality, IT equipment, and client requirements. Receive and process requests through the service desk.- Contact relevant suppliers and raise purchase orders. Check and approve invoices against purchase orders. Update the internal system with accurate information Address queries from colleagues promptly and efficiently.**What skills are required for the role of Temporary Administrator? Proven experience in an administrative role, including booking travel. Proficiency with PC and internal systems Ability to work efficiently and independently Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Hard-working and diligent System-savvy with a quick learning ability Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is ready to contribute to a team that values precision and efficiency.What you will LOVE about the role of Temporary Administrator?
