About The Marketing Executive role:
Working as part of a specialist division of the company, you will be raising the profile and awareness by developing and creating engaging content across a wide range of digital and offline platforms. Duties will include:
- Working with management to develop the brand and marketing strategy for the business
- Developing a plan for capturing and sharing customer feedback across the customer journey
- Creating case studies to fit with brand strategy for award submissions, PR activity and using in bids
- Liaising with the PR company, and internal management teams to develop content for all media channels
- Developing a social media strategy and presence alongside the Content Marketing Assistant
- Ensuring updated website content
- Planning, designing and creating engaging content with support from the wider marketing team
- Helping with production of team briefs and organising communication events
- Leading on the programme for award submissions
- Creating a calendar of social events, awards, and networking to assist in raising brand awareness
- Developing the brand and marketing strategy for events and attending where required
- Supporting business development and bid teams in content creation, document design and templates and helping write sections of bids and tenders
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Strong previous experience in a similar varied marketing role such as Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or possibly a Marketing Manager looking for a non-managerial role
- Experience of working with online and offline marketing
- Confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe InDesign or Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ideally confident using Premiere Pro, After Effects and other video editing software
- A full current driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and copy
- A creative ideas person
- Strong relationship builder
- Flexible approach to travel to other sites as needed or occasional extra hours
