We are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Finance Administrator to join a friendly and down-to-earth team in a well-established wholesaler based in Manchester. This Sales & Finance Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing both finance and sales administration duties in a busy office environment.
What will you be doing as a Sales & Finance Administrator?
- Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
- Working with Sage and Excel to support the finance function
- Scanning and filing PODs
- Updating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and website
- Supporting social media activity and advertisements for new products
- Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required

- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator or similar administrative role
- Experience using Sage and Excel confidently
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
