What will you be doing as Sales Support:
- Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships
- Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress
- Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoring any outstanding quotes and flagging them up
- Processing orders to meet dispatch deadlines
- Handling customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary
- Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database

- Ideally experienced in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar customer support role
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
- Accurate with a strong eye for detail
- Confident with excellent people skills
