Our client is a growing operations and facilities business that works closely with schools to manage the hire of their spaces outside of school hours. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the venue lettings, coordinating on-site teams, and acting as a key contact for schools and hirers.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Coordinator?

  • Coordinating rotas and shifts for On-Site Hosts across multiple venues
  • Acting as the main point of contact for schools regarding operational issues and queries
  • Supporting the smooth running of venue lettings and bookings
  • Managing communication between schools, hirers, and on-site hosts
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures and company processes are followed at all times
  • Handling customer service enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Monitoring schedules, bookings, and operational updates using internal systems
  • Supporting remote weekend operations on a rota basis
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination of community hire activity

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service, Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Bookings Coordinator, Events Coordinator or a Scheduling role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Confident liaising with customers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Awareness or understanding of safeguarding procedures would be advantageous
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
