Are you an organised and proactive Learning & Development professional with strong data and systems skills? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you available for a temp role for around 4 weeks, possibly longer? If so, this could be the role for you.

There is an hourly rate of 12.71 and benefits including free parking, pension scheme and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate staff training records using databases and Microsoft systems
  • Producing training and compliance reports to support scheduling and planning
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
  • Updating starters and leavers across training systems
  • Monitoring mandatory and statutory training completion
  • Highlighting any missing or incomplete training to managers
  • Supporting staff with access to training systems and e-learning
  • Assisting with the planning, booking and coordination of training sessions and workshops
  • Managing bookings and maintaining the L&D calendar
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration duties
Qualifications
  • Previous administration, L&D, HR or data-focused experience
  • Experience working with databases, systems and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A professional approach to work with a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable analysing and working with data
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy environment
