Responsibilities
- Supporting a portfolio of fleet and commercial motor insurance clients.
- Handling customer and insurer queries by phone and email.
- Processing policy changes and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional insurance products where appropriate.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance or insurance customer service.
- Fleet or multi‑vehicle insurance experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
- A proactive, customer‑focused approach.
