What will you be doing as an HR Advisor? Working as part of a small team you will be helping managers across the business. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the HR Director
  • Providing generalist HR guidance to managers
  • Assisting with absence management and probationary issues
  • Assisting across the HR team as needed

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Officer role
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 or above qualification
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Passionate about people
  • Able to commit to a temp role

Although the role is full time, there is potential for 3 days for the right person.
