What will you be doing as an HR Coordinator?
Working as part of a team of 4 in the HR team, you will be providing varied support for an expanding professional services company. Duties will include:
- Providing HR administration support across the business, including managing personnel records, employee documentation, and HR databases
- Assisting with recruitment processes, from job posting to offer management
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintaining employee files and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Managing and monitor employee absence, holidays, and sickness
- Supporting the performance management process
- Assisting with employee relations matters, providing support where needed
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Providing general HR support and guidance to managers and staff across the business
