As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Duties will include:
- Providing full secretarial support within conveyancing matters, including preparing contracts, drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling Land Registry processes
- Producing letters and documentation for family law matters as required
- Managing incoming calls, handling enquiries, and supporting general administrative tasks
- Covering reception duties, welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring a positive first impression
