Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background in conveyancing, looking for a part-time opportunity? We are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide temporary cover within a well-established law firm based in Withington. This part-time role would suit someone with solid conveyancing experience who can provide reliable support across a busy workload while also assisting with reception duties.

What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary?

  • Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the conveyancing team
  • Preparing contracts, correspondence and other conveyancing documentation
  • Managing and maintaining client files accurately
  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of conveyancing matters
  • Handling incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries professionally
  • Covering reception, welcoming clients and visitors and providing a friendly first point of contact
  • Supporting the wider office with general administrative tasks when required
