The rapidly growing and ambitious business in Altrincham town centre is looking to expand their friendly team with a Customer Success Manager. What will you be doing as a Customer Success Manager?

  • Working with a range of customers who have signed up to the business's services, managing a large portfolio of customers, ensuring they are looked after and expectations are met.
  • Regularly contacting customers throughout their claims journey.
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to these existing customers and building strong, genuine customer relationships.
  • Supporting customers who may need extra patience, reassurance and guidance.
  • Keeping customer claims moving forward and following up on paperwork, documents and outstanding actions.
  • Contacting government departments when updates or further information are needed.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Working closely with other internal teams to ensure things are progressing.
  • Supporting customers once their claim is successful.
  • Taking ownership of your customer portfolio and ensuring agreed service standards are met.
  • Continuing to build relationships with successful customers after their initial claim has finished.
  • Keeping in regular contact to understand how their needs may change over time.
  • Identifying opportunities where you may be able to provide additional support or services.

This is a heavily phone-based role, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building rapport and having conversations.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally has previous experience in a high volume, fast paced phone based role.
  • Good general IT skills.
  • An excellent phone manner.
  • Enjoys speaking to people for much of the day on the phone.
  • Naturally warm, patient, compassionate and reassuring.
  • Fast paced with real "get up and go" energy.
  • Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment, comfortably managing a high volume of ongoing customer relationships.

  • A salary of £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
