Are you a confident leader ready to take ownership of a growing team? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Enquiries Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing team. As an Enquiries Manager, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support team development, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What will you be doing as an Enquiries Manager?

  • Leading and developing a team of up to 15 people
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, including senior staff
  • Managing workloads, rotas, and staffing to meet business needs
  • Supporting with complex customer enquiries and qualification processes
  • Overseeing quality control and maintaining high service standards
  • Reviewing documentation and providing reports to external partners
  • Creating a positive team culture built on accountability and results

What will you get in return for your work as an Enquiries Manager?

  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £50,000
  • Monday to Friday hours 10am to 6pm (no weekends!)
