This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in workforce planning, rota management, engagement, and operational support. What will you be doing as a Coordinator?

  • Managing rotas and schedules across a large workforce
  • Coordinating cover for planned and last-minute bookings
  • Monitoring staffing levels and responding to operational demands
  • Maintaining compliance records, documentation, and processes
  • Supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives
  • Resolving staffing and scheduling challenges quickly and effectively
