We’re recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to provide temporary cover within a well-established law firm based in Eccles. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Duties will include:

  • Providing full secretarial support within conveyancing matters, including preparing contracts, drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling Land Registry processes
  • Producing letters and documentation for family law matters as required
  • Managing incoming calls, handling enquiries, and supporting general administrative tasks
  • Covering reception duties, welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring a positive first impression
