What will you be doing as Internal Sales Support:
Working in their well established offices just outside Swinton, you will be working closely to support field based account manager to provide excellent customer support.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships
- Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress
- Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoring any outstanding quotes and flagging them up
- Processing orders meet dispatch deadlines
- Handling customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary
- Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally experienced in a Sales Administration, Sale Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar customer support role
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
- Accurate with a strong eye for detail
- Confident with excellent people skills
