As an HR Advisor on a 6-week temporary assignment, you'll play a key role in delivering expert HR support, particularly around employee relations and absence management. This HR Advisor opportunity is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and able to travel between sites as required.
What will you be doing as an HR Advisor?
- Managing employee relations casework including absence management
- Supporting managers and staff across multiple sites with HR advice and guidance
- Handling HR queries and providing proactive, solutions-focused support
- Producing HR documentation, including letters and reports
- Working closely with internal teams to maintain consistent HR practices
- Travelling between sites for meetings and operational support
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HR processes
What will you get in return for your work as an HR Advisor?
- Weekly paid hourly rate of £17.89ph - £18.90ph for a 6-week temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday
