Are you an organised and proactive Learning & Development professional with strong data and systems skills? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you available for a temp role for around 4 weeks, possibly longer? If so, this could be the role for you. There is an hourly rate of £12.71 and benefits including free parking, pension scheme and holiday pay.
What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Advisor?
- Working collaboratively within the Learning & Development team, you will provide a varied mix of administration, systems and training support duties including:
- Maintaining accurate staff training records using databases and Microsoft systems
- Producing training and compliance reports to support scheduling and planning
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
- Updating starters and leavers across training systems
- Monitoring mandatory and statutory training completion
- Highlighting any missing or incomplete training to managers
- Supporting staff with access to training systems and e-learning
- Assisting with the planning, booking and coordination of training sessions and workshops
- Managing bookings and maintaining the L&D calendar
- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties

- Previous administration, L&D, HR or data-focused experience
- Experience working with databases, systems and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A professional approach to work with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable analysing and working with data
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a busy environment
