As a Customer Support Advisor you'll be the person that keeps everything moving - solving problems, guiding colleagues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Your responsibilities as Customer Support Advisor:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches
- Providing clear guidance on systems, processes and day-to-day operations
- Logging, managing and tracking queries through to full resolution
- Ensuring consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
- Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
- Maintaining high standards of service across all interactions
