Administrator

Administrator / Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator required for a growing international business based in Stockport. The role requires someone with proven administration experience, with a personable attitude, to fit within a dynamic team. The diverse role will include a variety of administration tasks and will require someone with a keen eye for detail and a very proactive approach. The right person will have a problem solving attitude and be keen to build relationship with both clients, suppliers and colleagues. The salary available on the role is up to £26,000pa DOE and the position is immediately available. What will you be doing as an Administrator / Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator? Providing office-based support for Account Managers Liaising with customers and international suppliers Processing orders from customers accurately and raising purchase orders Updating internal and external reports Working in a busy team environment & having a clear overview of all accounts Performing general administration tasks Dealing with telephone calls in a professional and pleasant manner Reporting to Office Manager Developing trusting relationships with customers and keeping them informed regularly on orders, projects, etc Being the main point of contact for orders, order updates & other enquiries
