Do you have SAP or double entry bookkeeping experience? Are you interested in part time work? We have an immediate temporary opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work on an initial 3 month contract close to Knowsley. You will be working with expense claims. This role will be working 3 days per week and will be paying 14 per hour. Immediate start.
What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant?
- Processing of mileage claims
- Processing of purchase orders
- Updating the SAP system
- Reconciling statements to purchase orders
- Investigating invoice queries
- Any ad hoc admin duties
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- You may have double entry bookkeeping, purchase ledger or mileage claims accounts experience
- General accounts knowledge
- Experience using SAP or any other accounting softwares
- Able to commit to 3 days per week
