Leading Main Contractor seeks Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business and deliver 45million project Your new company Our client is a leading main contractor with an exceptional track record in the delivery of large-scale projects which positively impact the community. With a busy pipeline of work ahead of them, they are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to a large 45 project in Edinburgh.Your new role Reporting to a well-respected Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing large and complex packages of work on this project which is in the process of mobilising. You will be finalising the subcontractor procurement process whilst assisting the site team in ensuring the project commences well and maintains its commercial position.What you\’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate is a Quantity Surveyor experienced in the delivery of large publicly funded projects in Scotland has a strong knowledge of the local industry here. You will be driven and ambitious and see yourself as developing further towards Senior Quantity surveyor and beyond with a tier 1 contractor.
