In this role you will ensure that construction projects comply with building regulations and associated legislation. You will work with a variety of property, from residential developments to commercial builds. As part of this you will be required to conduct site inspections and provide advice to clients and contractors on technical regulatory matters. You will work alongside an experienced team and will manage your own caseload from the outset.What you\’ll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you should be registered at a minimum level of class 2 with the BSR. Experience gained in a similar role is preferred and you should be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of building regulations, construction standards and Health and Safety. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
