Hours
Monday–Sunday | 9am–4pm | 4pm–10pm | Long days 9am–10pm

Rate of Pay
£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support people in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, build confidence and enjoy everyday life.

You’ll:

  • Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step
  • Provide personal care and practical support
  • Help prepare meals and develop everyday life skills
  • Encourage independence within the home
  • Offer reassurance, companionship and a friendly face
  • Support people to work towards their personal goals

From preparing dinner independently to planning a holiday, volunteering you’ll be part of the moments that make a difference.
