Jobtrain is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our Property & Facilities team. This full-time, regional role involves hands-on maintenance across multiple sites, travelling between services, and ensuring buildings are safe and well-maintained.
You’ll perform planned and reactive tasks (plumbing, joinery, basic electrical work), conduct safety and compliance checks, use CAFM, and report to Service and Operations Managers. A full UK driving licence and independent work ethic are essential.
