Voyage Care in Gravelly Hill is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead our residential service. You will manage a dynamic team, develop person-centred plans, and support service users to gain independence, with hands-on care management.
You'll recruit and induct staff, conduct supervisions and appraisals, complete medication competencies and audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations, including on-call duties.
