About the Role

We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Part Time Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly residential service in Willesden.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support throughout the night, ensuring the people we support are safe, comfortable and empowered to live as independently as possible. You will play an important role in promoting wellbeing, maintaining a calm and supportive environment, and responding to individual needs as they arise.

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours, you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care and support.

Duties may include:

  • Conducting regular welfare and safety checks
  • Supporting with personal care where required
  • Providing emotional reassurance and practical support
  • Promoting independence and dignity
  • Completing accurate records and handovers
  • Following support plans and risk assessments
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex behaviours
  • Experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to remain professional in challenging situations
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
