About Sunseeker International

Sunseeker was founded on a bold vision: to create a new kind of yacht and redefine what was possible on the water. From our earliest designs in 1967, we’ve pushed boundaries and reshaped the motor yacht industry through innovation, craftsmanship and relentless ambition.

At the heart of every Sunseeker lies a legacy of expert hands and meticulous attention to detail, skills refined and passed down through generations. These are the qualities that set our yachts apart - and the qualities that continue to drive our craft today.

In a world increasingly defined by automation, we remain committed to building hand‑crafted, hand‑finished boats. With over 1,800 talented team members across our busy shipyards - from long‑serving specialists to more than 180 apprentices - our Sunseeker workforce reflects the strength, diversity and pride of our local community. It’s this blend of heritage, skill and passion that makes our shipyards unlike any other place in the world.

Who We Are Seeking

At Sunseeker International, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Events Administrator to support the delivery of world‑class boat shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives across our globally recognised luxury yacht brand.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for coordinating events and projects. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and take pride in ensuring every detail is planned and executed to the highest standard. Previous event coordination or administration experience would be advantageous, although individuals with strong organisational and financial administration skills will also be considered.

No two days are the same in our Marketing team. One day you may be coordinating logistics for an international boat show, arranging exhibitor passes, and monitoring supplier deliveries. The next, you could be supporting budget tracking, liaising with internal departments, and ensuring marketing projects remain on schedule.

Working closely with the Trade Marketing & Events Manager and wider marketing function, you will play a key role in bringing the Sunseeker brand to life at prestigious events around the world. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure exhibitions, customer experiences, and marketing activities are delivered seamlessly and professionally.

  • Maintaining and monitoring marketing and exhibition budgets, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Communicating event updates, key information, and important deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring supplier and contractor performance to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Liaising with Finance to ensure invoices are processed and payments are made efficiently.
  • Providing general office administration and support across the marketing function as required.

To Be Considered for This Role You Should Have

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing budgets and accurately tracking expenditure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
