As our Resident Learning Coordinator, you'll work alongside residents to help them identify their goals, build confidence and access opportunities that improve their lives.
Working closely with local partners and community organisations, you'll help create learning opportunities that enable people to reach their potential and become more connected within their communities.

About the role
You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our resident learning programme, helping residents access opportunities that support their skills, wellbeing, confidence and future ambitions. You’ll work with people to overcome barriers, explore opportunties and reach their aspirations.
Working directly with residents, you'll provide personalised guidance and support, helping them identify goals, navigate opportunities and overcome barriers. Helping connect residents with learning, training, volunteeringand development opportunities that improve confidence, employment prospects, wellbeing and community involvement.
You'll also work closely with colleagues, training providers and community partners to design and coordinate a varied and engaging programme of activities that responds to resident needs and create meaningful opportunities for growth and community participation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents through one-to-one guidance, supportand signposting.
- Coordinating a diverse programme of learning, skills and personal development opportunities.
- Building strong partnerships with training providers, employers and community organisations.
- Identifying barriers that prevent residents from accessing opportunities and developing practical solutions.
- Encouraging participation and helping residents to build confidence and independence.
- Monitoring engagement, measuring outcomes and demonstrating the positive impact of the service.
- Continuously developing and improving our resident learning offer to ensure it remains inclusive, relevant and accessible.

- Be comfortable using data and feedback to evaluate success and improve services.
- Have excellent listening andcommunication skills, with the ability to build trsut, encourage particpation and support others to make informed choices about their future.
