About the role

We are looking for a skilled Gas Safe Plumber to carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs to plumbing and heating systems across our tenanted and void properties throughout Plymouth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gas safety checks and servicing
  • Heating system repairs and installations
  • General plumbing repairs and maintenance

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a range of properties, helping us keep residents' homes safe, warm and well maintained.

You’ll also be required to take part in our on-call rota, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your income through extra earning potential.

  • Provides excellent customer service and enjoys helping people

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold:

  • City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Gas & Plumbing ACS Certificates, including:
    • CCN1
    • CENWAT1
    • HTR1
    • UDHW
  • A full, current driving licence
